Directions

 From Winchester Train Station 
  • Walk/drive up Stockbridge road (under bridge next to the train station
  • Go straight over the first roundabout and up the hill
  • Turn left at the second (mini) roundabout into Cheriton Road
  • 'The Hermitage' is 20 yards into Cheriton Road, at the bend in the road

 From London or the South East 
  • Take M3 Westbound and take A303 exit (junction 8 towards Andover)
  • Continue on A303 for about 6 miles then take A34 exit (towards Winchester)
  • Join A34 South, Continue 6 miles then take B3420 exit (towards Winchester)
  • Continue on B3420 for about 2 miles
  • At top of second hill take right turn into Bereweeke Road
  • At the end of this road straight over the mini-roundabout into Cheriton Road
  • 'The Hermitage' is 20 yards into Cheriton Road, at the bend in the road

 From Southampton/Bournemouth (South West) 
  • Take M3 Northbound until junction 11 (take A3090 exit)
  • Go straight over the next roundabout towards Winchester
  • At the roundabout take 2nd exit (straight again, ignoring Winchester City signs)
  • At the roundabout take a right (towards Winchester)
  • At the roundabout take 1st exit into Chilbolton Avenue and drive to the end
  • At the roundabout turn right and immediately right again at mini-roundabout
  • 'The Hermitage' is 20 yards into Cheriton Road, at the bend in the road

 From the North of England 
  • Take A34 Southbound
  • Continue past the A303 junction, B3420 exit after 6 miles (towards Winchester)
  • Continue on B3420 for about 2 miles and turn right into Bereweeke Road
  • At the end of this road straight over the mini-roundabout into Cheriton Road
  • 'The Hermitage' is 20 yards into Cheriton Road, at the bend in the road
